Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the refractory of ceramic industry. Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Position: Executive Assistant to Director / Chief of Staff About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Reporting & Analysis Gather, analyse, and present data in the form of MIS reports, Excel models, PowerPoint presentations, and web research. Track deadlines and prepare periodic progress updates for leadership. Communication & Representation Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations. Represent the Director in communications with clients, senior leaders, and external agencies when required. Manage organisational presence on professional and social media platforms. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field), Diploma/Certification in Office Administration, Secretarial Practice, or Executive Assistance can be an added advantage.
