We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with a solid understanding of loan-related products. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and coordinating with the backend team to ensure smooth loan processing and documentation. Key Responsibilities:📞 Connect with customers to understand their loan requirements (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Balance Transfer, etc.) 💬 Effectively communicate loan options and clarify queries related to interest rates, tenure, eligibility, and documentation 📂 Coordinate with backend staff for processing, approval follow-ups, and disbursal timelines 📑 Assist customers in documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and submitted on time 🤝 Maintain a professional and helpful relationship with customers throughout the loan process Required Skills & Qualifications:✔️ Knowledge of all major loan products (PL, BL, LAP, Credit Card BT, etc.) ✔️ Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) ✔️ Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism ✔️ Basic understanding of loan eligibility, CIBIL scores, and financial documents ✔️ Good coordination and follow-up abilities Additional Information:💼 Experience in BFSI/loan sales preferred but not mandatory 🕒 Full-time / Part-time / Freelance opportunities available 🎯 Attractive incentive structure based on performance
