Collaborate with support teams for post-implementation maintenance. Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency. Core Competencies: Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall). In-depth knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-handling experience. Proficient in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI for reporting and data analysis. Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in CRM-based projects . Role & responsibilities Provide a daily Economic, Step Reval and Risk Based PNL to each desk and to the Banks management. Ensure that the PNL is calculated from the reference positions and that these positions are real and checked.
