Role Description This is an internship role for a Customer Service Executive at Global Pet Cab. The position is on-site and located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer concerns, managing customer service processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service Ability to manage Customer Service Management processes Focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
