Job Description: As a Tele Executive, your key responsibilities will include: • Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers. • Inviting the customers for the venue. • Ensure that each call is handled professionally, courteously, and efficiently. • Make follow-up calls to customers regarding pending issues, feedback, or additional inquiries. • Work closely with other team members and departments (e.g., sales, support, etc.) to achieve team goals. • Document call outcomes, customer feedback, or follow-up actions needed. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for supervisors or managers on the status of customer interactions, sales, or service issues. • Use positive language and a calm tone of voice when communicating with customers. • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and processes while engaging with customers. • Resolving customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner. • Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records. • Meeting performance targets and key metrics.
