Quality Control & Process Monitoring Perform periodic quality checks and audits on deliverables to ensure compliance with project standards and client expectations. Identify training needs based on error trends and performance data. Collaborate with QA/QC teams to update training content accordingly. Knowledge Management System (KMS) Develop and maintain a centralized, searchable KMS for GIS processes, telecom specifications, and frequently asked questions. Ensure that KMS content is accurate, up to date, and accessible to relevant teams. Coordinate with SMEs and project leads to capture tribal knowledge and institutionalize it. Documentation & Process Guidelines Create clear, concise, and practical Dos and Donts for project teams, including tool usage, data handling, quality checks, and communication standards. Maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and quick reference guides. Update all documentation regularly based on feedback and changes in client or internal requirements. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with project managers, QA teams, and SMEs to align training and documentation with project goals. Provide one-on-one coaching or group mentoring as needed. Facilitate feedback sessions to continuously improve training and documentation quality. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geomatics, Telecommunications, or related technical field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in GIS or Telecom domain with at least 1 year in a training or quality role. Hands-on experience with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and telecom mapping tools. Familiarity with KMS platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, or internal systems). Skills: Strong presentation and instructional design skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking. Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in GIS or training methodologies (e.g., Train the Trainer, instructional design). Experience with telecom network planning or fiber design.
