Role & responsibilities 1. Strong experience in IBM sterling Filegateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, Control center 2. Strong experience in IBM sterling Installation, upgrade, configuration activities. 3. Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling Business process, system and network connectivity, Cassandra, MQ, Zookeeper and other components. 4. Knowledge on Linux, Windows commands 5. Knowledge on Python, powershell or shell scripting. 6. Knowledge on MFT products like Global Scape and Goanywhere (Added Advantage) 7. SQL query and BPML knowledge is a plus 8. Open for 24/7 support and on-call Preferred candidate profile
