We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to support on Environment or EHS Compliance across various projects related to Mining & Mineral Processing and other industrial & infrastructure sectors. This role involves managing environmental assessments, ensuring compliance with environmental or safety regulations, and work closely with clients and external stakeholders to implement sustainability frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering, Project Management, and regulatory frameworks of India and Overseas nations. Responsibilities: Manage Environmental projects or EHS projects from inquiry screening to project completion. ESG / EHS Compliance Audits and EC / CTO Compliance Review Handling of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environment Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) Report Preparations Ensure compliance with local environmental laws and regulations Coordinate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders related to Environment or EHS. Develop and implement Environment Monitoring Plan, Environmental Management Plan (EMP), EHS Compliance Management Plan, ESG Data Monitoring Plan, etc. Monitor project progress and prepare status reports Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams Preparation of technical reports and documentation Qualification & Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Masters Degree in Environmental Science Experience in Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Software tools for Project Management Good communication skills Strong team coordination skills Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience related to EIA, ESIA, ESG and EHS Compliance. Experience in Mining and Mineral Processing sectors is preferable
