High Lights: Only Tamil-Speaking Candidates are Eligible Graduates from 2024 & 2025 batches are not eligible Eligibility: Must have completed your previous job Relieving Letter (Hard Copy) required Resume (Hard Copy) required Job Description: We are hiring Production Support Engineers with strong SQL skills to provide L1/L2 support for critical applications and databases. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Exposure to ETL and Unix will be an added advantage. Mandatory Skills: Strong SQL (query writing, debugging, data validation, issue analysis) Good communication skills (to interact with clients and internal teams) Optional / Good to Have: Knowledge of ETL tools / ETL workflows Unix (average knowledge sufficient for log monitoring & job checks) PostgreSQL (PSQL) experience Exposure to Data Engineering / Production Data Support Responsibilities: Provide production support for database applications and ETL jobs. Troubleshoot SQL queries, data issues, and performance bottlenecks. Monitor daily jobs, logs, and system alerts (using Unix commands & scheduling tools). Work closely with development and business teams to resolve incidents and ensure system uptime. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues. Document issues, fixes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure timely escalation and resolution of production issues.
