Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving sales targets for residential/commercial properties. You should be confident, well-spoken, and passionate about real estate sales. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits. Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings. Understand client needs and provide suitable real estate options (residential or commercial). Schedule site visits and conduct property tours with clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and competitors. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Participate in promotional events, property expos, and marketing activities. Coordinate with the sales, legal, and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal closures. Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate or Sales certifications is a plus) 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can apply) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent negotiation and closing skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and property portals Must own a vehicle (preferred) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of site visits conducted Number of leads converted Monthly/quarterly sales revenue Client satisfaction and follow-up
