Global HR Process Analyst

AVEVA is creating software trusted by over 90% of leading industrial companies. You are looking for a Global HR Process Analyst to join the team in Hyderabad, India on a full-time basis. As a key member of the Global HRBP Team, you will play a critical role in delivering the People Technology Roadmap for core HR processes from Hire to Retire. This includes managing processes such as Job Changes, Workflow approvals in ServiceNow, and supporting Workforce Planning. Your responsibilities will involve defining and owning end-to-end process design related to HRBP Functional area, collaborating with cross-functional teams and COEs to ensure alignment with AVEVA's People strategic goals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all geographies, testing and implementing process improvement initiatives, developing process documentation, communicating changes to relevant stakeholders, building relationships, providing training and support to stakeholders, and coaching teams to ensure consistent execution of processes. To be successful in this role, you must have HRBP experience, preferably in an international role, Workday HCM experience, a strong understanding of Hire to Retire business processes, strong analytical skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, make decisions after consulting key stakeholders, excellent communication skills, flexibility to work in a global team, and a willingness to adapt to different working styles and cultural norms.
