Job Description

As the Manager-Global HR Data Governance Lead within the Enterprise Data Management department at Bunge, you will play a crucial role in leading the enterprise Human Resource (HR) Data governance initiatives. Reporting to the Global Master Data Lead, you will be responsible for delivering Bunge's Global Data governance for HR function data, Data Quality, and Data Governance projects. Your accountability will lie in ensuring the successful implementation of Data Quality and Governance solutions across all geographic regions and businesses of Bunge. Your primary objective will be to drive alignment across various business functional areas to define and execute project scope and deliverables effectively. Your role will involve serving as a techno-functional expert in the HR master data management domain. Collaboration with multiple Bunge stakeholders globally, including those from Business, IT, and other areas, will be essential to achieve mutually agreed outcomes in the HR master data domains. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a subject matter expert in Master Data governance for HR data and data quality measurement, providing technical and functional leadership for complex master data solutions. Mentorship of other team members may also be part of your role. - Drive the implementation of master data governance solutions within set timelines without disrupting business processes. - Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external service providers and support teams to ensure the effective delivery of projects. - Maintain a deep understanding of processes and capability requirements for HR master data. - Develop and uphold data policies, contributing significantly to the strategic direction of governing master data. - Proactively analyze business processes, identifying innovative solutions to address business needs promptly. Required Knowledge and Skills: - Utilize knowledge of Bunge's business, structure, and strategy to devise innovative solutions for enhancing results or resolving issues. - Foster partnerships, influence appropriately to secure commitment, nurture talent, and coach others for growth in current or future roles. - Drive results through adherence to high standards, focus on key priorities, effective organization, and readiness for change. Technical Expertise: - Demonstrated experience in working closely with data structures and interfaces. Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree (preferably MBA degree), B.Tech., BCA. - Minimum of 8-10 years of professional data management experience in a global HR Master data domain, functioning independently as a functional lead/functional architect/data architect. - Thorough understanding of Data Life Cycle Management and HR-related data update processes is crucial. Strong experience in engaging directly with business clients to drive requirements workshops, finalize and prioritize requirements, and negotiate expectations with stakeholders is essential.,
