Role Description

Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India require leaders who integrate Generative AI (GenAI) into core operations, driving innovation, talent transformation, and productivity gains amid 15-20% annual growth in nano/micro GCCs. This role focuses on embedding GenAI across functions like talent acquisition, operations, and governance, positioning the GCC as an AI-native transformation hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI strategy development, including AI guilds, CoEs, and agentic systems to enhance business outcomes, workforce orchestration, and ethical adoption with human-in-the-loop oversight.?
• Drive talent upskilling for AI-fluent roles such as data curators, AI orchestrators, and governance architects, while partnering with HQ on global hiring and retention via GenAI scorecards.?
• Oversee GenAI pilots for operations (e.g., copilots, content generation), measure ROI through LLMOps, and ensure compliance with data privacy, bias mitigation, and regulatory frameworks.?
• Collaborate with AWS-like ecosystems, applied scientists, and industry teams to scale opportunities from ideation to delivery, evangelizing GenAI value to stakeholders.

• Agile Innovator: Hands-on with rapid GenAI pilots (e.g., LLMs for recruitment), achieving ROI via A/B testing and observability tools.?
• Ethical Guardian: Champions responsible AI with bias audits, GDPR/PII compliance, and explainable models in regulated sectors like BFSI/pharma

Experience

15+ years in GCC leadership or AI strategy roles, with demonstrated success in deploying GenAI solutions and GCC talent transformations. Experience leading nano/micro/agentic GCCs preferred.

Education

PhD in Computer Science with specialization in AI/ML or related fields. The advanced research expertise in agentic AI, LLMs, and AI ethics is highly desirable.
