Vacancy Announcement: Program Manager for NGO Location: Delhi, Head Office Contract Type: Full-Time Application Deadline: July 25, 2025 Expected Start Date: Immediate The Global Foundation of GoodNeighbors (GFGN) is development organization and is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation and effective delivery of programs, foster strong partnerships, and drive impactful results in alignment with our organizational mission. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management of assigned programs, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed work plans, logical frameworks, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans for program activities. Oversee day-to-day program operations, including team coordination, resource allocation, and troubleshooting challenges. Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability and compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, stakeholders, government agencies, and beneficiaries. Ensure timely and accurate program reporting to relevant stakeholders. Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed. Facilitate knowledge sharing, document best practices, and contribute to organizational learning. Collaborate to conduct baseline, midline, and endline surveys, ensuring data quality and utilization for program improvement whenever required. Mentor and supervise field staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Qualifications: Master's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, International Relations, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in program management within the development/non-profit sector, including direct experience in project cycle management. Strong understanding of project management principles, M&E frameworks, and results-based management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and relevant project management software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Run online fundraising campaigns across social media, email, and website. Create engaging content such as posts, videos, visuals, and donor stories. Manage donation platforms and optimize the digital donor journey. Monitor campaign performance, donor data, and prepare reports. Strengthen digital donor relationships and retention. Requirements 3–5 years of proven experience in digital fundraising or digital marketing . Strong expertise in social media management, email marketing, SEO, and analytics .
