Key Responsibilities: Handle front desk responsibilities including client greetings, inquiry management, and visitor coordination Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and explain immigration services Draft and send personalized cold emails to leads and follow up on responses Schedule client meetings and maintain appointment records Manage and update inquiry data and follow-up trackers in MS Excel Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries in a professional manner Coordinate with counselors and backend teams to ensure smooth process flow Assist in documentation, printing, scanning, and basic administrative duties Required Skills: Cold calling and lead generation over the phone Cold emailing with professional written English Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) Strong spoken and written English communication Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in client interaction Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate in any discipline Experience: 1–2 years in calling, front desk, customer service, or sales roles Candidates with experience in the immigration or education consulting industry will be preferred Freshers with excellent communication and tech skills are welcome to apply
