Global Demand Planning Capability Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining the Capability Team at Reckitt, which is responsible for ensuring the evolution of processes and technology to maximize the recent technology investment. As a part of this team, you will be a process expert leading continuous improvement and standardization efforts. Your role will involve supporting regional COE teams in training processes and building/upskilling demand planners. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the Demand Planning process within the supply chain planning, focusing on process and tech best practices - Document business processes related to demand planning - Train, coach, and build capabilities for all regional COE teams - Design training materials for new resources and onboard them effectively - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes to enhance forecast accuracy and consensus accuracy - Ensure accurate forecasting for a 24-month horizon and new product developments - Act as the product owner for Maestro DP, involved in PI Planning, and bridge between end/super users and system architects - Conduct visits to ensure correct process implementation and consult on improvements - Support financial planning snapshots and troubleshoot/minor configure systems Qualification Required: - Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Demand Planning - In-depth knowledge of planning processes in FMCG industry or similar - Good understanding of planning/forecasting systems such as Kinaxis, SAP APO, etc. - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills - Ability to develop collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and layers Additional Details: The company, Reckitt, is home to globally loved hygiene, health, and nutrition brands.
