US Technical Recruiter 📍 Location: Mohali, Chandigarh, Hyderabad (On-site) 🕒 Shift: US Business Hours (7 PM – 4 AM IST) Job Summary: We are seeking a **US Technical Recruiter** to join our team and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Engineering roles in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in US staffing, and the ability to source, screen, and hire top technical talent. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools. ✅ Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills. ✅ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients. ✅ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for technical roles. ✅ Negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms with candidates. ✅ Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. ✅ Ensure compliance with US hiring regulations and company policies. Requirements: ✔ 1+ years of experience in US IT/Technical Recruiting (preferred). ✔ Strong knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools. ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. ✔ Willingness to work night shifts as per US time zones.
