Your responsibilities will include conducting online product demonstrations for both potential and existing clients, aiding customers in understanding product features, specifications, and usage, identifying client needs to propose suitable solutions, delivering comprehensive briefings and presentations to support the sales team, collaborating closely with sales colleagues to effectively address customer inquiries, and upholding professionalism and product knowledge in all client interactions.
