The Resource Manager position at Tenthpin is a hybrid role based in Pune, India, offering the flexibility of working remotely or on-site. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee global staffing operations with a specific focus on SAP-skilled resources and global benchmarking initiatives. As the ideal candidate, you should have hands-on experience collaborating with SAP professionals, possess excellent Excel skills, and demonstrate the ability to drive data-based decision-making within a global consulting environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the resourcing and staffing for SAP projects across various geographies. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with delivery leads to forecast, allocate, and track resource demand and supply, leading global benchmarking efforts to align internal talent data with industry trends, and building accurate resource dashboards and reports using advanced Excel functions. Additionally, you will analyze resourcing patterns, identify gaps, optimize utilization, and support strategic workforce planning while acting as a liaison between delivery, HR, and Talent Acquisition for SAP-related staffing needs. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in resource or workforce management within a consulting or IT environment, a deep understanding of SAP technologies, and experience managing SAP-skilled professionals. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets, complex formulas, and dynamic reports, is essential. Experience with global benchmarking, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities are also required. Preferred qualifications for this position include familiarity with resource management tools such as SAP Fieldglass or SAP SuccessFactors, exposure to global delivery models, and cross-cultural team coordination. Additionally, certification in Workforce Planning or Project Management would be advantageous.
