Experience in the Banking/Financial services industry and familiarity with front-to-back workflow of Bonds, Rates, risk management, confirmations, and settlements are essential. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile development methodologies, and asset classes like FX, MM, and Derivatives will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will hold a BE degree or equivalent, along with a Master's degree or equivalent experience. You should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this role.
