The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performing applications using Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Work with SQL Server or other databases for data integration, queries, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, testers, and project managers. Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications. Implement security and data protection measures in applications. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Stay updated with the latest .NET and Microsoft technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Blazor technology, Proven experience as a .NET Developer (26+ years depending on role). Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API. Hands-on experience with SQL Server / Entity Framework / LINQ. Good understanding of OOPs, design patterns, and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ). Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. Knowledge of Microservices architecture. Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
