Job Title : Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager Location : Chennai (with travel across India) Open Positions : 2 Experience : Min 2 years- 8 Years Industry : Sales / Marketing / Business Development Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly presentable individual for the Business Development team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and Tamil (spoken, read, and written), with strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills . Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition is preferred. The candidate should be enthusiastic about traveling within India and confident in building relationships with clients and generating global leads. Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads globally through multiple channels Identify and pursue potential clients and business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Drive client acquisition, presentations, and closures Negotiate contracts and close agreements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Regularly travel across India for client meetings, events, and business expansion Key Requirements Excellent command over English and Tamil verbal and written Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (for Executive); 5+ years for Manager Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition Willingness to travel extensively across India Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Preferred Skills Sales & Marketing background Experience working in a target-driven environment Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach strategies Interested can share profile to: hr@madrascreatives.com
