Responsibilities as an IC Role: Work with Product, Business & UX teams to understand UX and functional requirements of Finance+ client applications. Implement front end UI as per UX requirements, implement client side functional requirements based on business and product requirements. Maintenance of existing client applications, enhancements & fixing market VoCs. Identify and fix issues with respect client side performance & defects. Necessary Skills: 1.A strong foundation in Java 2.Expert level proficiency in Android (MVP, MVVM) preferably with Retrofit, Glide and Firebase 3.Working experience in Android development using Kotlin, RX Java 4.Working experience with front end design and development using angularJS for server applications. 5.Understanding of UI/UX design 6.Experience with build tools (Gradle) 7.Experience with source code repositories like GitHub 8.Experience in Application Security Code Review and/or Application Vulnerability Assessment 9.Good knowledge of MySQL DB 10.Good knowledge of Web API and integrating Web Services. Good knowledge of Integration with Payment gateways, Social media integration and other open source APIs within applications 11.Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications 12.Good understanding of SDLC processes and automated tools, spanning requirements/issue management, defect tracking, source control, build automation, test automation and release management 13.Experience with Monitoring tools and performance testing tools 14.Proficiency in testing frameworks (Espresso, Cucumber) 15.Unit test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. 16.Object oriented design and programming 17.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies 18.Work on bug fixing and improving application performance 19.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. 20.Excellent oral and written communication skills, collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Additional points: A skilled or highly skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways. May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways. Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments. May mentor or coach team members.
