You have at least 3 years of relevant experience working with ServiceNow. Your responsibilities will include creating script-based Assignment and Approval rules, Business Rules, and UI Actions using Glide script. You will also work on creating Glide Record objects and utilizing other important objects that are automatically created when your script is called. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating custom related lists, Access Control Lists using scripting, and Script-based UI Policies and Client Scripts. Your expertise will involve working with Glide Ajax, Glide Form (g_form), Glide User (g_user), Glide Record, Glide System, Glide Element, and Glide Aggregate. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for client handling. Proficiency in JavaScript, hands-on experience with ITIL process implementation, and the ability to generate required information for Reporting and Dashboards are required. Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes, as well as experience with SAM/HAM modules, will be beneficial for this role.,
