Design and execute test cases based on functional and regulatory requirements. Validate game logic, payout calculations, and Random Number Generator (RNG) compliance. Perform functional, regression, and compliance testing for slot games, casino systems, or betting platforms. Prepare and maintain compliance documentation as per BMM Testlabs or other regulatory standards. Coordinate with certification bodies (BMM/GLI) during submission and audit phases. Work with automation engineers to implement test automation (if applicable). Track and report defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or others. Provide clear documentation and test evidence for audits. Required Skills: 3-10 years of experience in Software Testing/QA. Experience in gaming/casino/betting applications is mandatory. Hands-on experience with compliance testing for BMM/GLI is a huge plus. Strong understanding of RNG testing, payout validations, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Proficiency in testing tools and bug tracking systems. Knowledge of regulatory standards and certification processes. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Dieharder, NIST, or other RNG testing suites. Experience working with third-party test labs. Exposure to security and audit testing. Automation testing experience (Selenium, Python, or similar) is a plus.
