Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, supervising site workers, managing resources, monitoring safety compliance, and reporting progress to project managers. Qualifications Experience in construction management, civil engineering, and site supervision Knowledge of building codes, construction methodologies, and quality control Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interpret and implement architectural and engineering plans Proficiency in project management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in supervising construction sites in the architecture and interior design industry is a plus Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to various project sites Show more Show less
