Location: Noida Sector 1 Employment Type: Full-time Website: www.gleeimpex.com About Us: Glee Impex Pvt Ltd is an ambitious and rapidly growing export business in Agro, Pharma, Toilet Roll etc. We are looking for a hard-hitting Export Sales Manager whose sole focus is to hunt for new buyers, onboard them, and drive immediate sales growth. This role is 100% sales-focused – no operations, no admin, just results. Role Overview: If you are a natural closer, love cold calling, and thrive in high-pressure sales environments, this is for you. You will identify potential buyers globally, open doors, close deals, and keep the orders flowing. Key Responsibilities: - Aggressively prospect and identify new international buyers through cold calling, email outreach, trade portals, and networking. - Pitch our products effectively to decision-makers and convert them into paying customers. - Onboard new buyers quickly and secure their first orders. - Negotiate terms, pricing, and volumes to achieve maximum profitability. - Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets without excuses. - Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure consistent deal flow. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of proven international export sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets. - Expert in cold calling and closing deals with overseas buyers. - Excellent persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven purely by results. - Familiarity with Incoterms, export pricing, and basic shipping procedures is preferred. - Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
