This role demands a deep understanding of faade materials, fabrication processes, and installation methodologies. The analyst will work closely with the estimation, design, and procurement teams to ensure that all estimates are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with project specifications and market conditions. Key Responsibilities: Interpret architectural and structural drawings, faade specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates. Analyze costs related to faade materials (e.g., aluminum profiles, glass, brackets, gaskets, sealants), fabrication, logistics, and installation. Leverage historical project data and market trends to enhance the accuracy and competitiveness of estimates. Collaborate with procurement to maintain updated pricing databases for faade components and subcontractor services.
