We are looking for a warm, professional, and well-groomed Spa Receptionist to be the face of our wellness and beauty center. The ideal candidate will greet guests, manage appointments, handle payments, and ensure a smooth and relaxing customer experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities: Welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude. Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Maintain the spa's booking system and coordinate with therapists and staff to avoid overlaps or delays. Handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and issue receipts or invoices. Maintain client records and update preferences or special requests. Upsell spa services, memberships, and retail products when appropriate. Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and stocked with brochures or marketing materials. Address customer feedback, questions, or concerns with courtesy and escalate issues when needed. Follow opening and closing procedures of the reception area. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polite, well-groomed, and presentable appearance. Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
