To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of prior experience in accounting. A solid grasp of accounting principles and practices is essential, as well as proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, and the MS Office Suite.
