Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings; liaise with clients for clarifications. Coordinate logistics planning, material sourcing, and compliance documentation. Manage submission of tenders (online and offline), including EMD and refund tracking. Coordinate with internal technical teams to understand event requirements. Draft and issue work orders and contracts post tender award. Ensure documentation is complete for contract compliance and vendor registration.
