Role & responsibilities : Lead and supervise the entire Accounts & Finance team. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, MIS Reports. Manage cash flow, fund management, and financial planning. Handle statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESIC, etc.). Finalization of accounts and coordination with statutory auditors. Develop internal control systems and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Vendor, client, and bank reconciliations. Support management in decision-making with financial insights.
