This is a field sales role that involves visiting retail stores, supermarkets, and potential distribution partners across Bangalore to promote and sell our millet-based products. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Kannada, and confidently explain product benefits to customers and store managers Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits across Bangalore to promote and sell millet-based products. Explain the health benefits and features of our products to customers and retail outlets. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance regularly. Distribute samples and promotional material as needed. Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the internal team. Maintain daily records of sales visits and customer interactions. Requirements: Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore. Ability to clearly explain product features and benefits. Basic understanding of marketing and sales techniques. Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
