Experience Required: 4–5 years Key Responsibilities and Duties: Strategic Planning & Execution: Align regional budget with company goals and plan to achieve revenue targets. Track sales and collections by area, month, and product. Implement company policies and manage stock handling. Train and coach dealer sales teams; review performance and recommend rewards. Channel Management: Plan and expand dealership network; assign targets. Visit dealers regularly for support and interaction. Business Development: Identify prospects, grow business from existing accounts, and boost sales. Build dealer loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction. Support brand promotion, demand creation, and market development. Assist dealers with marketing efforts and coordinate queries with HQ. Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related disciplines is preferred. An MBA is a plus. Languages – English, Hindi, Bengali (Must) Proven experience in sales, preferably within the bike accessories and helmets sector or in technically-driven products (Must) Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas.
