Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Tamil Tele caller to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will responsible for making outbound calls. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy and Provide accurate and timely information to callers To make outbound calls on the given data to Retain and Acquire donor follow ups after generating the leads To organize the donor meetings for maximization & upselling Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in the database system. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient communication with stakeholders. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure resolution of issues and gather feedback. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures while interacting with callers. Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with sensitive information. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in Tamil language Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 12th/Any UG/Diploma can apply.
