Job description We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Principal Engineer to join our engineering platform team. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the toolchain required for software development, from build to release. As a full stack engineer , you will not only manage senior engineers but also play a crucial role in shaping DevOps and cloud engineering strategy. Job Description : A minimum of 13 years in a technology or digital product development environment Experience of using modern web development languages like Java, Node, Python Implementation of our Engineering Standards & Principles into the teams. A sound understanding of CICD pipeline and key behaviours we need to implement as part of a DevOps Pipeline. Helping define the Engineering Standards & Principles. Core understanding of CICD Tools such as BitBucket/Teamcity and Artifactory development is essential to understanding why we're building the platform of choice. Supporting Cloud First strategy: using AWS, Azure plus other Cloud and SaaS services Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Shares knowledge, information and expertise, collaborates with others to achieve a common purpose. Ability to maintain composure in a high pressure work environment Desired Profile- The ideal candidate is a full-stack engineer with 13+ years of experience, including 4-5 years in engineering management. Strong AWS, Kubernetes, and DevOps/GitOps experience are essential. The role involves managing a small team of senior engineers Cloud experience is manadatory ,prefereably AWS
