Your primary responsibility will be to assist teams in developing high-quality solutions and ensuring continuous integration for the seamless deployment of defect-free customer value. You will engage with colleagues at different levels and across various teams to embed quality as a fundamental aspect of all operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in the design of automation test strategies that align with business or program objectives - Implementing advanced and more intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative solutions - Collaborating to define the scope of manual and automated testing, creating test scripts, user documentation, and other artifacts - Developing a suite of stable and reusable automated tests that require minimal maintenance and can be used across different domains and systems - Applying testing and delivery standards following the product development lifecycle and considering mandatory regulatory and compliance requirements To excel in this role, you should possess experience in automated testing, particularly in Agile development or CI/CD environments. Your ability to think innovatively, identify opportunities, and design effective solutions will be key. A good understanding of Agile methodologies, experience in Agile team environments, and the capacity to align daily work with strategic feature visions are essential.
