Job Description: AEM Dispatcher Technical Skills Scripting & Automation : Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash for automation and system tasks. AEM Expertise : Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , particularly AEM Dispatcher and Apache-based configurations . Operating Systems : Hands-on experience with Linux/Red Hat and Windows environments. Version Control : Skilled in using Git , SVN , or Mercurial for source code management and collaboration. Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with cloud services including AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . CI/CD Tools : Experience with Jenkins , GitHub Runners , and other continuous integration and deployment tools. Web Technologies : Solid understanding of HTML , CSS , JavaScript , JSON , Apache , and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) . Monitoring & Observability : Experience with tools like AppDynamics and AWS CloudWatch for performance monitoring and alerting. Configuration Management : Knowledge of tools such as Ansible , Puppet , or Chef for infrastructure automation. Soft Skills Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions. Collaboration : Excellent team player with the ability to work closely with development, operations, and cross-functional teams. Communication : Clear and concise communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Automation Mindset : Passionate about automating repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency. Continuous Learning : Committed to staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Nice to Have Security Awareness : Understanding of security best practices , including OWASP Top 10 , and experience with tools for securing applications and infrastructure.
