As a highly skilled Software Development Engineer, you will join the ambitious Acrobat Android Engineering team in Noida. This role offers the opportunity to develop top-tier platforms that enhance engineering efficiency and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Leveraging backend, frontend, and data engineering expertise, you will design systems to boost efficiency and offer valuable insights to teams. Your responsibilities will include creating innovative dashboards, alerting systems, reporting tools, and predictive analytics that consolidate data from multiple sources. You will progressively evolve the platform into an intelligent decision-support system, integrating advanced analytics and GenAI capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and construct browser-based platforms for monitoring engineering efficiency, product delivery health, quality metrics, and objectives and key results. - Set up automated alert mechanisms and anomaly detection systems to identify early risk indicators. - Develop executive and team-level reporting tools to streamline manual reporting processes. - Establish and maintain robust data pipelines by integrating sources like GitHub, Jenkins, Firebase, Play Store, internal metrics, and Jira. - Implement predictive analytics to predict feature success based on historical and real-time data. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align platform capabilities with business requirements. - Enhance tools with emerging GenAI and ML capabilities, such as automated summarization, trend detection, and conversational insights. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development. - Proficiency in backend development (preferably Python/Django) and modern frontend frameworks (Bootstrap/React or similar). - Strong skills in API/backend development, UI creation, data pipelines, and performance monitoring. - Experience in integrating multiple data sources (e.g., Databricks, Hadoop, etc.) into unified platforms. - Solid grasp of developer workflows, CI/CD, and software quality metrics. Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in tools like Docker, Jenkins, GitHub automation, Firebase. - Familiarity with ML tools and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, Prophet, LLM APIs). - Background in predictive analytics, trend forecasting, or user sentiment analysis. - Experience in developing alerting and monitoring systems for engineering or product metrics. - Strong product focus with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
