Notice Period: Immediate-15 days Mode of Interview : 4 technical rounds followed by HR discussion through google meets Mandatory Skills : Javascript, Nodejs, Selenium, Mocha, Chai, Postman, Jira, Test Rail / Similar Tools, CICD, Git Jenkins, UI & API, Cloud Testing, Test cases, Test plans Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering (QA) for our team. The candidate should have a strong background in manual and automated testing with the below criteria. Ability to understand business and technical requirements Proficiency in creating comprehensive test plans, acceptance criteria, and test cases. Experience with test automation and integrating test cases into CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, developers, and other team members) to understand business and technical requirements. Define clear acceptance criteria for all features and enhancements. Test Planning & Case Creation: Develop detailed test plans and strategies for manual and automated testing. Automation & Scripting: Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Mocha, and JavaScript. API Automation Testing: Conduct API testing using Postman and automated API scripts. Defect Triage: Track, prioritize, and triage defects in JIRA or equivalent tools. Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle of software products. Design and develop technical solutions for enterprise-level projects. Build and deliver prototypes of solutions for complex problems. Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate test results, defects, and risks to all stakeholders. Participate and work in Agile environment. Required Skills: Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Selenium, Mocha, Chai, Postman, and JIRA. Test Management: Hands-on experience with TestRail or similar tools for creating and managing test cases. CI/CD Expertise: Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or CircleCI. Automation: Strong experience in both UI and API test automation. Cloud Testing: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and provide effective solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate test results and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional skills required by client: QE Automation engineer who can take care of Data Quality and Pipeline API Automation and UI Automation( API automation being the priority) Thoroughly understand the feature, analyze it effectively, and write clear acceptance criteria along with comprehensive test cases. Efficiently identify UI elements and locators using XPath and CSS selectors. Should have programming skills, including tasks like array sorting, addition, and subtraction using Java or JavaScript. Perform API testing using Rest Assured, including validating both requests and responses and pass the key values to the next request."
