Job Responsibility: Responsible for executing GIS commissioning activities. Should possess expertise in handling testing equipment related to switchgear products. Conduct site commissioning tests as per the site test plan and ensure workflow aligns with the Field Quality Plan (FQP). Proficient in performing high voltage and partial discharge tests on GIS. Ensure commissioning activities are completed within the agreed timeframe with the customer. Report to the immediate senior on a daily basis and submit site reports as required. Handle SF6 gas equipment and other tools necessary for GIS installation and control cable termination. Assess risks involved at the site in meeting target dates and implement mitigation measures. Report any non-conformities to the manager for resolution and ensure they do not impact ongoing work. Maintain site safety and conduct daily and weekly toolbox meetings. Prepare punch points or open points for milestone achievements and coordinate with the Site Manager/Project Manager to close them. Key Skills Required: Have minimum experience of 6 projects of commissioning done independently Have good practical experience of various tools for GIS commissioning works Expertise in handling of SF6 gas arts and leak detectors Expertise in testing of switchgear products like Gas Insulated Switchgear, CT, VT and LCP, Relays and meters Expertise in performing high voltage and partial discharge test on GIS Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 3 to 6 year Experience in relevant field

Participate in Improvement Programs: Actively engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous Improvement programs, Compliance and Corporate Governance, and adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines. We Dont Need Superheroes, Just Super Minds: Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a total experience of 2-3 years, including at least 1 year of experience in GIS routine testing. Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in all three shifts. Technical Skills: Understanding of manufacturing and assembly drawings. Proficiency in preparing documentation and maintaining records of performed tests. Experience in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in front of customers. EHS Knowledge: Familiarity with environmental health and safety regulations and procedures. Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniques to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
