Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. [Optional, but highly recommended]: Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in [Specify relevant state(s)/region(s) if applicable, e.g., Haryana, or states where projects are typically located]. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in land surveying, with a significant portion dedicated to large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects (solar preferred). Proven experience with topographical, boundary, and construction surveys. Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in operating and troubleshooting modern surveying equipment (Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, levels, drones). Advanced proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D highly preferred) for drawing and design. Experience with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS) for spatial analysis and mapping. Familiarity with relevant surveying software for data processing and analysis. Understanding of coordinate systems, projections, and geodetic principles. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor field work in various weather conditions and terrains, often remote locations. Requires physical stamina, including walking long distances, carrying equipment, and working in challenging environments. Travel to project sites will be required frequently, potentially including overnight stays. Some office work for data processing, report generation, and meetings.

Specific Tasks: · Design, maintain and regularly update of GIS based Management Information System (MIS) for all projects taken up under the District Mineral Foundation (DMF). · Support all e-governance projects taken up under the District Mineral Foundation (DMF). · Liaison with district National Informatics Centre (NIC) and the nodal agency at the state level to regularly provide information regarding details of meetings held, proceedings finalized, notifications issued etc for updating in the DMF website. · Design, maintain and periodically update ‘Digital Dashboard’ containing all information regarding the mining affected villages collected during the initial baseline surveys and subsequent mid-line surveys. · Comply with all requirements under the Right to Information Act (RTI) with regard to the District Mineral Foundation (DMF). · Procure and maintain all IT assets of the Planning and Monitoring Unit (PMU) including laptops, printers, scanners etc. · Report to the Team Leader, Planning and Monitoring Unit (PMU). · Any other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications and Experience: · B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science (or Information Technology) or Masters in Compute Applications (MCA) or PG Diploma in Computer Science (or Information Technology) or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute. · Should have experience in the design, maintenance and updation of MIS systems. · Should have a minimum of three years of total work experience in IT Sector. · Should have a minimum of one year of total work experience working with district mineral fund in any of the districts. Sound knowledge in designing of control & relay panel general arrangement according to schematics, MCC, PCC panel etc., Sound knowledge on SCADA and Telecommunication engineering of AIS & GIS substation. Sound knowledge in fire alarm & security system design and co-ordination. Overall engineering design experience for preparation of Base and detail engineering on P&C, SCADA, Secondary engineering in GIS or AIS substation for North America utilities is required.
