Senior Architect Experience 5-10 years Role & responsibilities Creating building designs for High rise, Commercial and Residential buildings, Villas, Hospital buildings, Academic Institutions by using Zwcad, 3DSMAX & Sketch up. Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects. Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients. Co-ordination with consultants, site and clients. Producing detailed working drawings. Making sites visit to check progress of work. Have strong visual awareness and eye for detail in drawing. Co-ordinate with service consultants to issue GFC drawing. Preferred candidate profile Expertise in architectural design and project management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, or related field. As a structural design engineer, performing detailed analysis and design of RCC and structural steel residential high rise building, hospitals and commercial buildings for various load combination including wind and seismic loads using ETABS Design of earth and water retaining structures and detailing of structures using Auto CAD. Exposure in handling various process including modeling, designing, peer review, maintaining documentation, communicating with draughtsman for detailing and co-ordination with site engineers, coordinators and architects.
