Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Nasik. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, researching market trends, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver client solutions. The role also involves monitoring and achieving sales targets, attending client meetings, and representing the company at industry events. What You'll Do Visit clients to shoot videos (using DSLR or mobile) – product showcases, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, short interviews Edit content into high-performing reels, stories, and shorts Create social media creatives (posts, carousels, motion graphics, etc.) Coordinate with the content and account teams to bring brand campaigns to life Keep up with trends, reel formats, visual styles, and viral content Work across industries: fashion, real estate, healthcare, events, education, and more What You Need 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably within an advertising agency.
