GIR Movers Pvt. Ltd. is approved by IBA, IATA, CHA, and MTO holders. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage logistics operations, lead a team of employees, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The Branch Manager will also work towards achieving the branch's financial and operational goals. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in logistics operations, road transportation, and inventory management Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies Proficiency in using logistics software and tools Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Experience in managing a branch or similar role in the logistics industry
