Key Responsibilities: Material Management: Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials/tools/equipment. Ensure materials are stored properly and labeled clearly. Maintain accurate records of stock levels (both manually and in software/ERP). Issue and Dispatch: Issue materials as per approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS). Record every transaction promptly and accurately. Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies. Monitor slow-moving or unused stock and escalate for action. Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels as per project requirements. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily stock registers, goods receipt notes (GRN), and issue registers.
