Taproot House is a community centre located in Benaulim, Goa that hosts social, cultural, educational events and classes. Our spaces include a maker-space, library, pickleball court, children's playground and event rooms. *Job Summary: Manager* The Manager is responsible for all operations with regards to events and activities at the centre. This role is hands-on, people-focused, and perfect for someone who enjoys working with a wide range of individuals. We are looking for a motivated person who has excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsbilities - Plan and coordinate events, classes, and workshops for different age groups. - Talk to community members to understand their needs and make sure the centre stays relevant and welcoming. - Keep spaces ready for use—setting up rooms, managing supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues. - Coordinate with volunteers, teachers, and facilitators to ensure smooth running of activities. - Promote the centre’s programs through WhatsApp groups, posters, and word of mouth
