With two decades of hands-on experience, Nilgiri Feed produces nutritionally balanced rations that enhance milk yield, maintain herd health, and increase farmers’ profits. The company ensures simplicity, transparency, and a farmer-friendly approach from raw-material sourcing to doorstep delivery, thus building a loyal customer base across Punjab and neighboring states. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Moga location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Duties include managing the sales team, identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management and sales strategy development Skills in customer relationship management and market analysis Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience in the agriculture or feed industry is a plus strong ability in generating sales Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
