Required Technology Skills knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field Minimum of 3 full cycle large implementations of SAP CDC/Gigya, each in a different program/project/company Experience in consolidating multiple silo CDC implementations to a single centralized implementation using Global Access (EU,US and China) Experience in architecting and developing application onboarding framework to streamline application onboarding. Experience in implementing SAP CDC for B2B, B2C and Consent Management. Recent experience/exposure designing, implementing, operating infrastructure or designing hybrid multi SAP CDC implementations Expert in integrating with other solutions, including APIs In depth knowledge of Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM), encompassing concepts like registration, login, social providers, and deeplinks Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices Familiarity with Agile techniques (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) Fluent in English Proficient in digital marketing strategies and practices Customer Engagement Concepts: Understanding the principles of customer engagement In depth understanding and knowledge of China data regulations and CDC limitations Digital Campaigns Knowledge: Familiarity with the workings of digital campaigns Consent Management: Acquainted with consent management, including legal consents and communication preferences in the B2C context SAP CDC Implementation: Robust Experience in implementing SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Multibrands Implementations: Demonstrated expertise in significant implementations within multi brand companies Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Understanding of security standards such as OIDC, OAuth, and SAML Experience in Mulesoft implementation DevOps Pipeline Automation: source code & artifacts repositories Experience with automation toolchain and tools such as Terraform and Python Team player Must have: Experience with SCM platforms like AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Front End development skills using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Full stack Java development experience Proficiency with GIT and Atlassian products GxP/ITSM validation experience. Experience on development workflow ( i.e. Lucid) Education / Years of Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience in information technology environment (networking, infrastructure, database). +2 years of relevant work experience in SAP CDC environments as Expert engineer or security consultant. Responsibilities: Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high quality products Serve as a Superior Subject Matter Expert in SAP CDC, providing best practices and support to both internal and external teams Contribute to SAP CDC/Gigya implementations and rollouts within designated regions Ensure compliance with best practices for consent management and GDPR standards Act as a point of contact for SAP support teams and liaise with the SAP CDC product team
