Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to our company's customer acquisition and support efforts. You will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls, explaining products or services, and converting leads into potential customers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone Handle inbound queries and resolve customer doubts or concerns Maintain records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions Provide accurate information and build a relationship of trust with clients Follow communication scripts and company procedures diligently Coordinate with sales or support teams as needed Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (any stream) Good verbal communication skills in [languages required – e.g., Hindi, English, local language] Prior experience in telesales, BPO, or customer service is an advantage Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools) Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Incentive
